Korean sword repair

Wood handle and scabbard shrank with age, and all parts become loose.
Top of the scabbard was falling off, nothing glued into place.
Overtightening the tiny, fine threaded Brass nut, just stripped the threads.
Eventually the whole handle has fallen off the blade, and split into individual pieces.
The guard and the pommel are just a hollow shells, and the wood handle hole way to big for skinny tang.
The blade locking diamond plate that has been necessary to fix the blade in large guard's hole was lost.
